The main goal of B & S Elastic Kft. is to make quality products of technical rubber and plastic that fully meet customer requirements as well as the requirements of applicable laws or other regulations. The central goal of the company's activities is to improve client satisfaction using the quality management system.
The management is dedicated to the use of the ISO 9001: 2015 and IATF 16949: 2016, as well as constant development of the same. In our processes of production and support, we have integrated the "zero error" quality approach, consistent application of quality improvement methods, or risk-based mindset.
The starting point of our goals is to deliver products at the quality requested by our clients, within the deadline requested by our clients, combined with a reasonable production culture through reduction of losses and through the efficient use of resources.We expect our employees to contribute to the achievement of our goals, to respect the professional and behavioral culture, to work according to quality management regulations, to be aware of the importance of quality, or to develop their knowledge. Required resources and a motivating environment are provided by the management to all the employees.
